Thought of the Day

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up.

Collaboration is something I have been thinking a lot about lately. Collaboration is working together with friends, partners, and/ or family. It seems to me, like God wants us to have friends and partners. Which makes sense, if you think about it. One of my main leaders has a lot of side guides, wise guides, and surprise guides. Let me explain what those are.

Side guides--friends about your age who come along and help you through things
Wise guides--older men and women who act as your mentor through life
Surprise guides--younger children who help you by giving advice and/ or praying for you.

This is very important to have, because mentors guide you through life, younger friends help you laugh and make sense, and peers make you stronger as a group.

With my thought of the day,
Hannah Newbold
